Life isn’t a test — it’s a reflection. It’s a reflection of your thoughts and your inner-self. When you take a mirror to your thoughts about yourself, others, and the world around you, you determine the scope of your reality. If you want to change a part of your life, change the story you tell yourself.

Remember: Changed thoughts turn into changed feelings, which then turn into changed beliefs and finally — changed action(s). What you think – you get; and what others think? Leave that to them to sort through.

Other people do not need to understand you, so stop trying to prove yourself to anyone. There will always be at least one person a step ahead of you. Embrace that and let it fuel your passion, your drive, your desire to be inspired without less-than-positive comparison.

Say to yourself what you would to your best friend. The more you try to justify yourself to other people, the further you get from your own inner-self alignment. You have to give yourself the permission to live without the bars of other people and their beliefs trapping you. Know this, you are already worthy, loveable, talented, and have much to offer yourself and other people. Just make sure you’re doing what’s best for you FIRST, then everything else will fall right into place. Embrace and allow happiness to be yours — because it already is. You just have to think, feel, and believe it!
